Was very excited to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe and went today for the first time. Arrived at 12:50 and placed an order for one... smoothie and two of the featured Flatbread Flats. Our smoothie took 15 minutes and our Flatbreads took 38 minutes! They gavethem to us in a carry out bag and both were upside down and all the toppings were laying on the box top. The food was not evenwarm and the cheese wasn't melted. We could tell if they had been cooked correctly they would have been good. It was a Sundayand we did not see one employee that looked over 18 years old. The staff was trying so hard but didn't seem to know what theywere doing. i ordered a 3 cheese chicken quesadilla from this location, every single time i have ordered this the salsa always comes with... it. the salsa is the best part about this quesadilla. well today i ordered the quesadilla and when i got home to eat my food, iopen up my quesadilla box to only find that there is no salsa. i am very upset with the experience i had today.
