These people are Irresponsible and indignified on the idea of what service means means. I would not order anything from these... people these people. Half of them don't even speak English . Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the... counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and saidmy order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect.Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken pizza for delivery. Took about 45 minutes but this was at Peak time and I found out that originally... the order was made wrong so they took the extra time to make sure it was made right. The food came exactly how I wanted it and apretty good price. I would highly recommend. Read more
