Received a Thanksgiving arrangement today. Very fresh and delicious!

Over priced place ! They don?t wash their fruit. Got some sandy strawberries. Went up in price not worth paying for moldy fruit!

So disappointed! I placed and order in the morning to be delivered that same day. When I was unable to get a tracking status I... called the store a few minutes before 5pm right before they close. When the girl answered she asked the name it was to bedelivered to, I told her and after a few minutes she asked to put me on hold. After holding 4 minutes another girl came on andtold me my order had been delivered and before I could ask what time she hung up! Then, the status of my order was updated to"Delivered"! After reaching out to the recipient asking if they received anything from me, checking all the doors and mailbox, Iwas told no! I was infuriated to say the least. I called this morning and the woman I spoke with looked up my order and saw thatit indeed wasn't delivered. She did have it delivered this morning but the out and out lying is what gets me! I was told thatshe would speak to the person when she got in but what horrible customer service. The woman I spoke with today admitted thatthey were having problems with workers. I get it but if the people you have working for you can't do their job get rid of them.It only hurts the business. I will NEVER order from this store again. One unhappy customer! Read more

This is my favorite place to gift from. There recently was a misunderstanding with a temporary driver and the folks working at... the store more than made up for it.
