Went through drive thru. Fries were very overcooked. Did they refry old ones?
I think the people that come here have 5 star restaurant expectations when they come here, but what do you expect when you're in... Westlake Village... I've never had a wrong order here and they are really fast and nice in the drive-thru. Read more
Always sent to park and wait on the side only for them to bring my order with missing items. Didn?t appreciate getting yelled at... today to hurry and go park when I was trying to ask for my condiments up front since they never put it in the bag. Also, staffthat doesn?t speak English makes it impossible to communicate. Read more
