The spread... is everything that I wanted in a banh mi with the head cheese, pate and butter. The one thing that fell short was the breadneeded that extra crunch but it was still very fresh. Bought three things from this place: cha lua, rau cau, and sandwiches (#1 special and #12 head cheese). Rating based on price,... quality, and visual inspection. Price: Sandwiches were almost $6 each but buy 2 get 1 free. Rau cau was $3 each. Cha lua was$6.50. Quality: Sandwiches were not balanced. More bread than filling. First few bites were just bread. Middle bites had a fewslices of meat, Jalapeño slices, cucumber wedge, and not much else. Rau cau was pretty crunchy with good flavor. Got thecoffee and coconut flavor cups as well as the la vua (pandan) and coconut flavor cups. Cha lua was dense and flavorless. Hassome sugar and salt taste. That's it. Read more
