When you spend $14.66 on a meal for one person you could at least give ONE ranch for free. 25 cents per ranch unless you order... chicken strips? What a joke. Leslie was less than pleased for us to mention how absurd that is especially when we ordered achicken sandwich. We would rather go to jack in the box right around the corner where the service is better, fries are not cold& they don?t charge for condiments. I was charged twice on my card for $30. It takes 3 days to even be able to get a hold of someone who says they will investigate.... When speaking to supervisors and the District Manager Debbie G. It seems that I am bothering them. They will not takeaccountability for their mistake and are referring me to my bank even when Carls made the mistake of charging me twice.
