Update: Here on a Tuesday at 11:30am and the door is locked. Associate came out and said they don't open until 12:30pm. Sign on... the window still shows 11:00am. Ordered meatloaf and chicken. They sent me a message saying DoorDash was on the way. 10 minutes after the message someone from... BM called to tell me they were out of meatloaf and the only protein they had was rotisserie chicken. No other meats. I ordered 6sides for 2 main courses. I only got 5. And one of the 5 were wrong. Asked for 2 bottled Cokes. Got one Diet coke. The chickenwas dry. Broccoli was wet. I also asked for the gravy to be on the side - not on the potatoes. I'll let you guess where thegravy was. ????. The Mac and cheese was not good at all. The boxed stuff is better. I ordered at 615pm and food arrived cold at750pm. Only good thing was the creamed spinach. Waste of money. I hadn't been to a Boston Market in a long time and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious, moist chicken and the broccoli was... cooked perfect and the best! Placed a catering order for 11-11:30 pick up. I showed up at 11am (the time they open) and planned on getting my order and... lunch. However, the lady behind the register said that they ?weren?t open? and whatever they had out was it. I told her that Ihad a catering order and she said to sit down and wait until it was ready. While waiting, I saw multiple other customers come inand try to order food. They kept saying they ?weren?t open? and when the guy asked what time they opened, she said she didn?tknow. There is 5 other people sitting/standing around waiting for something to happen. But, everyone just ends up walking out(which is probably what they want.) Not sure why they would open at 11am if they have absolutely nothing ready to go. I nowremember why I don?t ever come here. Update to the story: Around 11:25am, after waiting at a table as I was told to do, I wentback up to the front to get some water and low and behold, look what it is. My catering order. Sitting there on the ordersshelf. And since I?ve been watching the employees since I arrived, I bet you that my order has been sitting there the entiretime and nobody said anything to me. Placed a holiday order and waited in line almost 2 hours for our food, it was so disorganized. They were literally putting the... orders together as you showed up. We have ordered food from other places and never seen a disaster quite like this. Theywouldn?t let us cancel our order either so we could get on the road for our trip with out loosing out on all our money. Iunderstand staffing issues but this was just plain poor planning. Read more
