This has changed. First the good parts. Staff are still helpful and attentive, food is still pretty tasty (though they use an... unhealthy amount of salt, for those who care), and when I went there was no wait for a table. But... this chain used to beaimed at couples and gatherings wanting something somewhat up-market while still being chain priced and with a predictable menu.It seems now to have changed and has become loud groups with kids running around largely unchecked. The decor and seatingarrangements reflect this too, so it doesn't appear to be just a local anomaly that has a lot of families with younger kids, itseems like a deliberate pitch by the company.
