I walked up and asked for a water cup (the vending machine was sold out of water bottles and the drinking fountain was barely a... trickle), the young man at the register handed me a used, dirty plastic cup. I asked if I could please have a clean one, a womanwalked out from the back and said that if I wanted to clean cup I would have to buy a soda. I just wanted a drink of water totake a pill and because it was 100 degrees. I don't expect much professionalism from the staff but they set my expectations evenlower. If you don't want to let anyone drink your precious water, fine, but don't hand out filthy cups. Read more
First time trying. There was no one in line when I arrived. I waited about 5 mins to place my order. There was one person... waiting on food. After over 15 minutes I received my food and I left. I stood there waiting for 25 mins finally went up asked where my food was it was good for one person it shouldn't take so long.... They gave it to someone else so I waited another 20 mins and ranch and cheese wasn't in the bag the manager argued with theother workers saying it was it wasn't.
