This is the 2nd time I?ve asked for a pepperoni pizza and I?m given a cheese pizza. I ordered online thinking they would double... check and make sure it was right. Nope. Also got it cold. Read more
Waited at counter for about 15 minutes without anyone greeting me, music was blaring in the back, so they probably couldn't hear... me, so I stepped outside for a couple minutes. When I turned back around to go back in, the staff was running around, roughhousing and climbing on and off counters. One of the staff members locked the door as I approached the door to open it, thanunlocked it like it was a joke. When I opened the door and asked if they were opened, they just started at me. Finally took myorder and than told me it would be 10 minutes. I sat there another 20 minutes waiting while they served everyone else who walkedin the door. The wait to even order something was insane. The cashier working the front desk was too busy looking at his phone instead of... looking to see the line of people waiting. The cooks in the back making the food were horse playing and not even doing theirjob. Two guys and a female playing around. The males were bothering the girl and the woman was using foul language. Took almost an hour to complete the order. Was starving when I got the pizza to the car and didn't want to burn myself trying... to eat a road slice. Wasn't a problem as the food was served cold. They ain't the same. It's not convenience food when youhave to wait for cold food. Better places in town that won't keep you waiting and definitely won't serve cold pizza. Read more

Just bought a Detroit deep dish for my family at 5:pm, when I showed up to the store I was told they didn?t know where my order... was. Then I was given my order which was cheese pizza, deep dish Detroit style pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and 2 liter drink.I take the food home and it was completely raw , my 1 year old, 9 year old, 13 year old, my wife, and I had all had a slice fromthe deep dish that wasn?t cooked. When I took the pizza back to the store after not being able to speak with a manager on thephone. I was informed that the order number I provided wasn?t found in the system, however the same person who gave me the food,was the same person I was speaking to at that time.
