Long time loyal customer here. I?m talking over 10 years coming to this location. I just ordered takeout. Simple order with no... customization. Took 45 minutes (they said it would be around 20). Sitting customers were getting their food they ordered after Idid. It wasn?t that busy. The floors were also super dirty. Not just in one area either. I loved this place but this isn?tacceptable.
