Closes at 9 apparently means close at 8. Drove out of my way to come to this Starbucks because it was supposed to be the only... one open, only to waste 40 minutes of my time (20 minutes here and back). Thanks for wasting my time. Read more
Walked in at 7:15 and saw a sign on the counter indicating that the barista was taking a short break. I figured, no problem and... did some shopping in Target and came back 10 minutes later. The barista was behind the counter but let me know she was closedthis was at 7:30 pm. I figured maybe lunch or dinner break? 1/2 hour or hour? Waited another 1/2 hour and watched the baristabehind the counter turn customers away saying she was closed. Hours show open till 9:00 pm. As a business owner I would want toknow if I had an employee turning my customers away. Read more

Service is super slow & takes 5 min to make one drink. I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. The cashier asked to switch with the... barista to get caught up (I think she knew she was faster than the other girl) and she said no. Read more
