My friend and I have visited this location many times for a swim lesson at the hotel pool. We decided to sit down for brunch one... day and met the bar tender Charity. She is delightful, helpful and very attentive. We are now making it a regular hangoutpartially for for the location, enjoyable kids menu, environment, and mostly because we get to say hi to charity. Don’t beturned off by them not letting outside food in the bar area though, rules happen. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Read more

I had two great dinners here. I travel every week for my job and it’s rare that I eat at the hotel more than one night. I... ended up eating here two nights and am not sad about it. The cider glazed chicken and wagyu steak are not to be missed. Thebartenders/servers are very attentive and I felt the love both nights. Will definitely be staying here everyone I come toDenver and look forward to the cuisine. Read more

Food was less than stellar. Asked for a medium rare burger and it was well done. The portions of fries varied from hardly any to... overflowing within the same party. The salmon dinner was a tiny piece of fish on some greens and nothing more. Prettydisappointing. Read more

We had our 50th Class Reunion in this restaurant versus a banquet room. It was well received by our classmates.

(updated breakfast and dinner) Let me preface my review by saying that I like a cheap breakfast experience and I'm not above... giving a waffle house a five star review. Tiller's breakfast over promised and under delivered. First, I ordered a ham andgruyere omelet and it was more like ham and gruyere scrambled eggs. Next, the omelet came out with a ramekin of ketchup and uponrequest I received Pico de Gallo. At a restaurant that is trying to bring an upscale dining experience to a luxury hotel Pico deGallo should be served and ketchup provided upon request. Lastly, the cutlery had a visually appealing art deco design but itdid not lend itself well to the utility requirements of eating. Both the fork and knife had square handles that were nearly aswide as the tines of the fork. Cutlery is more of a tactile experience than a visual one so I would prefer an elegant andcomfortable utensils over a visually stunning fork and knife. I went back for dinner and ordered the Bolognese. The Bolognesethey served me contained no meat. I asked the server about it and she said they replaced the meat with mushrooms. They servedme, mushroom penne alla marinara, and tried to gaslight me and say it was Bolognese. I'm a littleinsulted. ?????????????=Bolognese ????????????=Bolognese ????????????=Bolognese ????????????????=Bolognese ????????????=Bolognese ????????????=Bolognese ?????????????=Bolognese ????????????????????=Bolognese ????????????????????=Bolognese ?????????????????????=Bolognese ????????????????=Marinara Read more
