Every dish is phenomenal, and ordering them repeatedly has never diminished the magic. Theowner Tim is a professional, hard-working restaurant veteran, and has spent many hours in the dining area making small talk withguests; though during rush hours you will find him focused and busy in the hot kitchen, perfecting every dish.
