Went to Burger King on Sept 9,2022, on 63rd and Cass Ave in Westmont, IL order a 2 for $4 Bacon and sausage Croissant with no... cheese, also ask for jelly, salt and pepper. When I got to work to my surprise the sandwiches were cold no salt and pepper andonly had bacon and sausage with cheese, no eggs on them. Return the sandwiches after work . Manager were very unconcern andnever acknowledge or apology for my the inconvenience I experience. I did receive a refund but was address with a very coldtype personality from the manager. She never said sorry for our mistake. Worst location around. This location is closest to my house, but I drive further now to go to other ones because of how awful... this one is. The orders are never correct and the last time, a bunch of my order was forgotten and I had to go back. The doorswere locked so I sat at the drive thru for 10mins with no answer. I pulled up around to the drive thru window and an employeewas out there smoking. They said they were the only one working so they?re sorry the order was wrong. The order was still wrongand still missing things, but I didn?t even bother to say anything. I understand with the times it?s hard to find employees, buteven before the pandemic, this location never had the same employees for long. It is sad to say that Burger King has let me down more times in less than a week than ever. I'm not sure if it's due to short... staff but I attempted to order breakfast twice through the drive thru once on 11/14 at 7:45 AM and again on 11/16 at 7:50 AM. Onboth occasions no one serviced the drive-thru. One car before me and 2 cars after me pulled in and continued to drive on due tono service. That is 4 disappointed customers that they likely lost. As there aren't many Burger kings around it would be ashame if this one closed down due to no or lack of service. I gave 2 stars because the workers up there are very kind andgenuine... when they're around. Read more
