What a difference changing Management is, This store has never been so clean! The new manager is a ????! Greeting everyone as... they walk in the store with a Smile. Went to redeem two lottery tickets. One fo $50 and one for $10. Was told they couldn't redeem both because they had exceeded... their payout limit for the day. This is at 1:00 in the afternoon. So they gave me both tickets back. I went to Jewel Osco toredeem and was informed that the $10 ticket had already been redeemed. Went back to Thorntons where I had to fight to get themto pay me the $10. Feels like being robbed. Read more
The bathroom was so dirty and unsanitary the floor had urine the men?s camold was dirty as well as the sink and no soap or paper... towels. I thought everyone was suppose to still practice cleanliness. Most of the Thorntons I have been to have clean bathroomsa few associates have informed me they clean their bathrooms two to three times a day. No matter what still have to practicecleanliness for the customers as well for the associates. This experience was so disappointing especially for those women thatare on their cycle. Read more
