I've been to Pizzeria 900 on several occasions now and each visit has been an excellent experience. Their pizza is fantastic;... crust always cooked to perfection and toppings fresh and on-point. The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good:. There is nobody there, so you can always get a seat. The bad: They cook pizza on a... stone, unfortunately they cook it on stone with burned ashes. So the pizza tastes of burned ashes. I asked the cluelesswaitress who responded that all they're pizza are cooked with the pizza dough burned to give it that bitter taste. They offeredno other choices or options other than to remake me the pizza burned again. I said no thank you. The Ugly:. Waitress never cameonce to check on us. I had to tell them how my meal was.
