This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going with my family since it opened. I booked a reservation online... two weeks early, only to be informed the night before that we would only really have an hour to eat, as we were being bumped bya large office party. It was clear that they wanted us to cancel, as we were forced to. I felt completely insignificant anddismissed. I understand the XMas party rush, but we are the little people that keep you afloat through the rest of the year.Shame on you. You still get 5 stars for the food; ethics would be 1= 3 stars overall.
