Delicious!!! Everything was so delicious!! The family owned and operated Tin Kitchen is hands down: THE BEST BARBECUE. They got... everything right!! The meat was amazing, the sauces delicious, sides knocked it out of the park! We had brisket with Mac &cheese, broccoli salad, coleslaw, and toast. We called ahead because we knew we?d be cutting it close to closing, and the staffwas amazing! We got there at 8:30pm for dinner on a weekday, and they brought out our food almost immediately. Everything washot and fresh, and PERFECT. Thank you for making our trip! Read more

Came here will visiting family at Fort Leavenworth. The waitress (who was great) told us that the pulled pork and brisket were... award winning when asked for suggestions. So, that is what I got. The sauces on the table we Sweet, Pepper and House, all weregood. Nice local place to eat while in the area. Read more

Our group of four was a mix of first timers and returners. 2 meat platter, green chili burger and brisket/pulled pork sandwich... were all sampled. Visiting from Texas, we believe we are the experts in brisket.....We did invent the cow of course! Pork andbrisket were excellent, tender and not overly complicated with 20 ingredient rubs. It is unusual to find great meats accompaniedby great sides but we were impressed with the 24 hr slaw, fries and Mac&cheese. Everyone said 2 thumbs up! P.S. August was adelight! She is what makes a place a success. Read more

My first Kansas City style BBQ. I had the PP&BR (Pulled Pork and Brisket), and it was excellent. The brisket was very moist and... tender but not fatty. Its great smoked flavor was complimented by their three flavors of BBQ sauce. Original, Sweat, andPePe12 that has a slight spice to it. Their service is excellent and my group had a great time! Even a vegetarian can love BBQ! Thumbs up on the salad and sides for the vegetarians and the meat eaters were very happy too.... Well prepared desserts and reasonable prices. The town of Weston is quaint and peaceful and although the Tin Kitchen is not ahuge place, they were able to accommodate our large party quite easily (probably just lucky timing on our part). Very efficientand friendly service. Read more
