This restaurant is really good. The owner was super nice, and hopefully his business does well. Small businesses need help... through covid. My only complaint was the my pulled pork sandwich was a bit dry, however once you put on the side barbeque sauceit alleviates the issue entirely. Overall, it was good. Read more
Wow!!! 1st the here... definitely won?t be the last. Was craving brisket and it definitely hit the spot. Had the Mac-n-cheese... and the baked beans (which has a little spice to them) but was perfect. Cornbread was really good too. My son had the kielbasameal on a bun and they even sliced it up for him and layered it in the bun. Very friendly staff too. If you like sweet and tangyBBQ sauce, try the Rachael?s sauce. Read more
This place is awesome! Don?t let the unassuming storefront fool you, this is homegrown BBQ at its finest. This is a family run... business, with Uncle Mike out in the pit, his wife, daughter, and daughter in law inside running all the rest. We had thebrisket and pulled pork, and both were perfect. The sides - beans, collards, and slaw were all excellent, but the beans were thereal standout. The sauces are where this place really shines - their homemade sauces reflect different regional bbq styles andare the perfect complement to the expertly smoked meats.
