Came here for my best friends birthday dinner. My sister found this awesome spot. We started with Korean chicken wings. They... were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just like a good chicken wing should be. The flavors were so delicious. Wealso ordered Guksu. Which is spicy glass noodles. I personally did not like them. I found them to be soggy and flavorless, butmy bestie did enjoy them. We all did the Korean BBQ entree. We each ordered a different meat and shared. Pork belly, lobster, and bulgogi. I did not try the pb because I don't like it but the others said it was delicious. I had the lobster and bulgogi, both were tasty. All the little sides they served with our entrees were so good. I love all the different options. They alsohave lettuce to make lettuce wraps and wow were they delicious. The restaurant is gorgeous and the service is beyond incredible. It's like you don't have one server, everyone takes cares of you and makes sure you have everything you need. It was anincredible experience and one of the best nights. We will definitely be back. Read more

Cucumber martini was tasty but there love song martini was really really good. . Restaurant is to pricy tho even after using... Groupon for $40 bucks off, all the food (all featured in photos )came up to $80+ bucks with out the deal this meal would have been $120+ tax.food was not even that good. Recommend for the scenery whilst Having drinks. Not for dining. Read more

I use an optical store right around the corner from this location. I always seen the Southport location but had no idea there... was a difference. Westports location specializes in Korean BBQ while Southport specializes in more noodle dishes. I found itinteresting given this hidden location. I stopped by for lunch one afternoon and wasn’t disappointed. Now I’ve had KoreanBBQ in NYC and I would say, this is very close. I will admit the sides are all delicious and the never ending. The service wasincredibly friendly and attentive during the lunch hour. We ordered the bulgogi and pork belly and it was a great combination. Ienjoyed sitting at out our hot top with little to no exhaust spilling over you as your food cooked. We finished things off withtheir fried ice cream which very tasty and filled with crunchy tempura. I recommend hitting this place for a late lunch beforethe dinner rush. I can see it being packed after 5pm. If you’re local to the area, give Wafu Westport a shot. You won’t bedisappointed!! With the only place that served Korean bbq, it’s doable but don’t have high expectation on being something similar to the... city. It’s not a place where they change the grill plate, not a place where you cook all the meat, expect a mixture of Koreanstyle and restaurant service. The selection of meat was fine, definitely thick in cut thus taking a while to cook the meats. Theside dishes were extremely good, yes, those simple side dishes. As the meat were thick you could expect the waitress to hang outwith you more. What I didn’t like was ordering pork belly for grilling and they decided to cook it in the back, 25-30 chargefor that as we had three meats on the table already, that was disappointing. Like I said, can’t compare if you been to aKorean bbq place, but it doable for going to try it. Read more
