My friend and I got sandwiches for lunch. A Reuben for me, and an Irish breakfast sandwich for her. We both loved them. I got a... side salad, that was a good size, and my friend got fried potatoes. Ok, wow! I have driven by the cottage dozens of times. Never looked appealing to me from the outside. However, last night while... with friends they suggested we stop in and check it out. As soon as we all walked in the door we were like, what!? What a cozyplace.Live music. Very clean, lighting was perfect as some places can be too dark or too bright. A small detail, yes, but theseare things that create atmosphere in my opinion. The food was really good. Espresso martini, delicious. Prices were absolutelyreasonable. Cute little Irish place around the corner from my mom. Had to sit outside, bar was way too loud. Granted, Celtics game was about... to be on in a few hours, but I wanted some peace and quiet. Thankfully they had ample covered outdoor seating and on a cool Juneevening, I enjoyed my Guinness and Irish egg rolls. Took a trip down to The Cottage in Weymouth and had a delicious hamburg pizza! Crust had a good crunch to it, not overly saucy... but it?s still there. The cheese and hamburger were flavorful and had the right amount of salt. At just $9 it?s hard to beat andI?ll definitely be back! Read more
