Paid for a delivery today, and noticed my receipt said I got a "Surprise Free". Delivery man Evan took a half a hour to arrive... with my order, when the store is 5-10 minutes away at best. I did not receive this "free" item, I wouldn't be surprised if thedriver ate and that's why he took so long. Food was great however. I keep getting these emails about your "Surprise Frees" butwas disappointed. I am probably not going to order from this location for a while. They also cut corners with your order if youdon't tip them.. it's like I understand why I have to tip drivers, but if I am carrying out, why should I tip? The worst pizza I have ever seen. It took an hour to arrive, and 10 min. on hold to get my money back. I won't give them a 3rd... try. ---------------------- 7-15-2022 update, giving them a try again for a pastabowl and a sandwich. The food was pretty good,a 4 out of 5. THEY FORGOT MY COKE. TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!! IF YOU'RE HUNGRY DON'T COUNT ON THE LOCATION!!!! We place an order for delivery with absolutely no food in... our semi. About 15 minutes later I got a text on my phone saying our order has been canceled. These guys have a phone system sothey know who's calling and refuse my calls so my husband called from his phone and they answered it... How interesting!
