They charged me like $5 and some change for a single SMALL slice of pizza. The thing was legitimately the size of a slice of... Tombstone Pizza. Pizza is my favorite food, and I enjoy trying new chains like this one. Saw the 'Now Open' sign and decided to give it a shot.... The pizza was outstanding! I think it's the sauce that pushes it to the next level. And, the price is well within reason too.Great job Romeo's! Read more
I had an problem trying to place an order at Romeo's due to an address issue. Even though Rocco was not able to help fix the... problem in the computer and get my order delivered he was more than generous and offered me a great deal on my order if I wasable to come in and pick it up. (By the way, the food was delicious!!!) 2 days later the district manager Jerome reached out tome and said that he had gone into the computer and personally fixed the problem and then called me just to make sure to let meknow everything has been taken care of. He also offered me a very generous credit on my account for the inconvenience of theexperience. Even though it was a little bit of a headache at first they bent over backwards to make sure everything was maderight and that I was taken care of. a lot of praise is due to Jerome and his staff at Romeo's.
