Absolutely ridiculous had to wait in drive thru lane twenty minutes just to order. I would have left but I was trapped in. There... was only four car's ahead of me total time was thirty minutes from the time I got in line to leaving. I may be turned off taco bell for good. First they took away full menu all day. Get it. Reduced morning prep. Then they reduced... their hours in the morning. Ok. It's the time of post covid work force and quiet quitting. But today I pull up at 8:10, whenthey are supposed to be open at 8 and they tell me it's going to be another 20 to 30 minutes before they open. Fine I'll go toanother location. The location on Colfax is not accepting cash. What the heck?! And this is at least the 10th time that each ofthese locations has turned me away for one reason or another. I am always polite, but your franchise owner obviously does notcare about your customers. I honestly feel sorry for the employees because it isn't their fault that the people in charge can'tget their act together. Over it. Best of luck to the employees fighting a losing battle.
