4-29-22, Friday, The 7oz fillet was excellent, tender and very savoy. The asparagus was good but the hollandaise sauce was... watery with very little flavor. I tried the hollandaise sauce my table mate had and it was good (?). The raspberry cheese cakewas excellent. The mash potatoes was great. The spinach/ artichoke side was ?great? served with large croutons. And thecappuccino with dessert was ?very good.? The service was exceptional. All in all a very enjoyable evening. Read more
APPEARANCE: When first entrance you are greeted by a nice laid out restaurant, shiny and new. Appears to be smaller than most... steakhouses however is nice and comfortable. Everything looks well kept (although brand new restaurant) clean tables, floors andrestrooms. All the staff were well dressed neat and clean. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We made a reservation for 8:15pm and were a littleearly. They moved us up to a 7:45pm slot, which was nice and unexpected. Host was very accommodating. Once seated we weregreeting by our server who was great, enjoyed a little conversation with him and we were completely enjoyingourselves. SERVICE: This is where everything goes off the rails. We ordered our appetizer and that came out after 15 minutesand they delivered bread to our table. We ordered two salads, our entree's and one side. An hour after our appetizer, we stillhad not received our food. I got up to politely ask about the food and our server was apologetic, but again after another 20minutes, still no food. We would have been fine with our salads for a little bit to tide us over, but there was nothing. Wespoke to a group of ladies next to us, they had been waiting 2 hours for their food. We left without eating. I asked for themanager and was directed to the food and beverage manager, when I explained what happened, he seemed completely uninterested. Wefelt so bad for the server, we tipped the server even though there was no bill. CONCLUSION: Although this "looks" like a nicerestaurant, I would have a hard time recommending it. It was a complete waste of time. So much so we left the casino in itsentirety. It's not like this casino is right around the corner, we lost out because of drive time. The waiter we had was attentive and helpful with suggestions. I took my mother, sister and brother-in-law to have dinner here.... The steaks were cooked as ordered and didn?t need any additional seasoning, we did get some of their chimichurri, and that addedanother level of flavor that enhanced the steak even more. My sister had the Chilean sea bass and was very happy with herchoice. For a drink, I chose the ?Under the Table? a twist on an old fashion ???? with citrus instead of cherry. I enjoyed it,not sweet, but smooth. We all split a cheesecake at the end, just enough for a couple bites each. I decided to order the prime and asked for it to be cooked rare but served hot. The service although not bad, was definitely not... trained to work in an upscale steakhouse. My prime rib was served cold, returned and served cold a second time. I was offered acomplimentary $12.00 desert by our server who did not even offer desert to my dinner guest. The Manager actually brought out mysecond serving. I was thinking it was going to be a fine dining experience. This whole experience was marginal at best, but thefood is better served at a place where you expect a $20.00 prime rib meal. Nice upscale steakhouse. Unfortunately my experience was not up to my par. My seared scallops were undercooked and Luke warm.... The price ($25) for three seared scallops was a bit over the top for me. Good thing I enjoy sushi and have a stomach for it as Iam working out of town and flying home on a plane tomorrow. The bread and butter was phenomenal and my margarita was definitelyworth it. I would come back again and try the prime rib. Read more
