The employees are great! Usually very polite. The manager however, i think her name is Brenda- in a polite way for the sake of... google- she?s a female dog. I?ve never seen someone so disrespectful to employees, especially mentally disabled employees. Ihope she gets help. She really needs some therapy with foul mouth of hers. I ordered through the app and subbed beef for beans, and I was suuuper hungry after a long road trip and ready for some food and... to be home. I get home and take a bite and there's beef... I go back and politely ask for a refund, they explain they can'tbecause I ordered through the app, but they can remake it. They also asked specifically if I wanted refried or black beans.
