It seems harsh, but compared to other Peruvian chicken places in Wheaton, the 3-star is on point. The chicken? Tender, juicy and... delicious. The seasoning? Far too strong to the point of making the skin too salty to eat (this wasn't the case a few yearsago). The service?! They are trying way too hard to be speedy and neglecting the quality. It?s o.k. Standard Peruvian chicken joint turning out standard fare. Tried chicken, tamale and empanada. Price is on the lower... side when compared to other chains. Chicken is precooked and comes out of a warmer. Chicken is juicy enough but can never tellhow long it?s been in the warmer. Sides are good and serving size.
