AMAZING food but they took forever with my order. Ordered the tahini mix special and added lettuce, onions & tomatoes. It took... 25 minutes with 4 people working. NEVER GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service by person on counter named Victor(he preferred this name m sure thats not whats his... real name though). He refused to serve the food when i asked him to customize. Even manager Ron was of no help and Victor wasstill rude after escalating to him. Would recommend other locations instead of this. This place is great! Love the decor and the wide range of food choices available. What's incredible about this place is the... healthy approach that it's taken for shawarma. Improvements I would make is for the shawarma meat to be higher quality. I foundthat the meat is super fatty and tends to be Lower quality cuts. The sauces hit the spot! Read more
