Horrrrrible. I'm not a picky person and never write reviews but I ordered a chicken quesadilla which is supposed to have... caramelized onions & roasted red peppers but what I received was melted cheese with chicken. (Requested no tomato). They alsoforgot the salsa it's supposed to be served with. Also while paying the server seemed to expect that I didn't want my change($9.00), which personally I find is a lot for a tip for take out. Awful experience through and through - Order was placed for 5:45 pickup, came in closer to 6 to ensure we could grab-n-go as we... have a hungry toddler waiting. 6:15 rolls around and waitstaff mentions they are short-staffed and it'll be a while - no idea ortimeframe for the order to be ready. 6:30 - there is now a queue of 4 people awaiting pickup orders. 6:40, nearly an HOUR afterorder was due for pickup we receive our order. 2 stars because at least it was correct and no one was offensive. The foodwasn't even warm - it was clearly sitting for ample time in the back before it was prepared for takeout. Onion rings sat in apool of grease, wings had been sitting so long they had no crunch to them - fries were legitimately room temperature. Literally waited 50 minutes with zero food brought out. Left a 20 for the drinks and just walked out. Genuinely the worst... restaurant experience I've ever had. I've never walked out on service before but this was absolutely unreal. Just want to addthat the servers were friendly and kind. We came in at 7:37pm on Friday October 7th. 2 of us. It took 15 minutes for anyone to seat us. Took another 15 for someone to... take our drink order and another 15 for a water and a Pepsi to arrive. Long story short we were there for nearly 2 hours to havean appetizer and 1lb of wings each. Food was fine. The service was awful. The waitress told us that they would be closing at 9so we should hurry up. We were not the only table getting fed up with the lack of service. The table to our left went an hourwith no one coming to the table. The table in the back corner had to chase the waitress down to get their bill. So upset, We got there, seated, our order took... 45min later we still don't have food. Server says they forgot to put our order... in somehow. Another 45 and still no food. They don't have a reason.... we have a 8 month old at home and had no choice but toleave. They get our food in togo containers and we pay, no price omitted or anything.
