First time there yesterday (in Oshawa off Thickson Rd). I had a smokehouse burger with fried sweet potatoes. The burger was so... delicious! It?s juicy, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend going for the 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm. We ordered a bunch of appetizers such as bruschetta, wings, dips,... quesadillas, and fries. Their appetizers were decent, but the greatest thing was that they were half price, and the portionswere generous. I'd definitely return for the half-price apps. What a great deal! Read more
Atmosphere is nice. Service was good. Food was ok. The Spinach and Goat Cheese appetizer was very delicious! We got Fish... Tacos, which was fried, chicken tacos was nice, ceaser salad was yumm, onion rings were greasy, the burger was huge, sweetpotato fries were tasty, the steak was ok..a little chewy. There was a $4.00 leafs charge on our bill along with the goodnesshonest charge of $3.47. Have visited this restaurant twice and the Leaf charge was something new. While Chuck's taste and ambience are reliably great, what really made our evening special was Ms. Mackenzie's customer... management. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for.
