Food is good, service is quick, atmosphere is standard. We found another sushi place once they raised the price for kids and... started adding an automatic 20% gratuity. We are 2 adults and 4 kids (11-15) so we are considered a ?party?. $300+ for dinneris too much Read more

Had AYCE last week. They do forgot orders and the only thing that we're not quite expected was that a lady came to ensure all... orders came and we told her we've been ordering throughout as they came one dish at a time. The lady said we should stopordering to make sure what we ordered had come. We told her the baked mussels and salmon pizza didn't come which were placed inour first round of order and we already ate the third round of food so how are we to stop ordering to see if all came? This wasthe first time we had such a funny suggestion when we go for AYCE. I mean you can charge us for wasting food but we ate allwhat we ordered and you missed 2 orders. Anyways aside from this funny experience (other servers were nice except this funnylady) food overall not bad and have quite a bit of varieties to choose. Read more

This is by far the best sushi restaurant I have ever eaten at. The service was seriously impeccable. The second you ask for an... item like more ginger/wasabi or order water/tea it is brought to your table in 30 seconds or less. Not to mention how quicklythe food came! All the menu items were so delicious ?like close your eyes delicious. I highly recommend! Read more

Love this sushi restaurant! One of the best I have been to in the Toronto area. They have lots of variety on their menu and high... quality ingredients. They also make the dishes very decorative! A bit pricey for all you can eat but it?s totally worth it! Read more

I was ordering takeout with my daughter after her TaeKwonDo class. I was ordering a 3 roll combo for my daughter (and other... items for my husband and I). Her order came with California, Tuna and Salmon rolls. I asked to switch out the Tuna and Salmonbecause my daughter isn't crazy about it. Much to my surprise, even though I was asking to remove the more expensive fishoptions, they told me they had to charge me an additional fee to remove the fish sushi rolls (which costs more every day of theweek). In the 10 years that I've lived in East Gwillimbury, never have I ever been charged to switch out one type of roll foranother. After being rudely interrupted to wait to complete my order 3 times (so the order taker could print bills for theservers to bring to the seated folks - ive worked in customer service for many years and i have learned that the customer alwayscomes first) I was finally able to complete the order and pay. A side note, she didn't even ask me to wait a moment andcompletely ignored me. I was still talking the entire time (my head was down looking at the menu). Finally after a lengthy wait,we got our food. We got home and started eating our dinner. Good thing I didn't finish the meal because guess what I found in myrice?? A disgusting, nasty, HAIR. I've posted the photo for everyone to see. We frequent this establishment a few times a yearand up until today, my daughter considered this place a treat! Needless to say, we are never going back - customer service isseverely lacking and cleanliness seems to be an issue. Read more
