I ordered shrimp pad Thai for delivery, the food didn?t seem to be properly cooked, and it only came with 3 pieces of shrimp.... They never included any napkins or utensils with the order, I had throw the food in the garbage because it was not chewable.Never again. Read more
We were there in Dec 2019. We will never forget. Horrible food and service. I should have written this years ago. Without... exaggeration, it was the worst food I?ve ever been served. The only word I can use to describe it is disgusting. I usually donot complain or send food back but it was so bad I just couldn?t believe they would charge money for it. Food was tasteless andthe quality was very poor. It was as if they had used bits of left over meat and threw it together in a sir fry. When I askedfor the waiter/owner to try it he was defensive and aggressive. He scolded me for describing it as disgusting. I am not one tosugarcoat things nor do I feel I should need to Tip-toe around your fragile feelings especially after you?ve put food like thisin front of me to eat. It?s demeaning. His parents/ older family members who were eating in the dinning room at that time wereglaring at me in anger. The younger male told me that it tasted the way it should and nothing was wrong with it. Both of us feltincredible uncomfortable. I just could not eat the food. He did offer to replace it with something else and although it was alittle better, it was still very poor. Absolutely impressed!! Chicken pad Thai with level 3 of spice, sooo good. Also ordered beef lomein really tasty too. And nice... large portion. Love that you just pick up in drive thru. Definitely will be back!!! Read more
Got an order of pho, egg rolls, general chicken, and vermicelli salad. What a waste of my money. The pho was like instant... noodles. Very small portion. The general chicken was bland and stale. The vermicelli salad looked microwaved. Do yourself afavor and go to a chau instead of this place. Read more

I really like this place and order often. I?m not sure about these negative reviews? the people that own it/work there are super... nice and even gave me free sugar doughnuts once just because?. It?s American-style Chinese food and some limited Vietnamese andeven Thai food. It?s basic and good.
