UPDATE: Don't place orders for future pickup, they will make them immediately and your food will sit on the sheet forever. This... is a reoccurring issue that management clearly doesn't care about despite their response to my original review. Probablywouldn't have come back if it weren't for coworkers who wanted to eat here. Original review: Curbside is joke, it doesn't work,don't use it, and definitely dont tip because they wont do it anyway. They also made my food almost an hour before it wasscheduled to be picked up. It's a shame they are incapable of doing this because other than this issue they aren't bad. Don'toffer a service if you aren't going to actually do it. I waited out front after "checking in" for 10 minutes before just goingin and getting it myself. I saw my order right on the shelf with "CURBSIDE" all in caps on the receipt. Also 7 employeesstanding around looking for something to do. I will admit the staff seemed polite when I asked for a drink tray. Reallydisappointed and frustrated overall. Food was good and what you?d expect for a Jimmy John?s. The staff seem to regard customers as more of a hassle than a customer.... No greeting or acknowledgement when walking in, asked for our order, pointed to the counter, and that was the extent ofinteraction. Sandwiches took a fairly long time to be prepared for being the only customers there. Overall a negative experiencewith a hostile environment that doesn?t feel very welcoming towards its customers. Dined in, and it was freaky fast! Fresh subs, good flavor. Staff was working hard and everything was clean.
Entrance is shared with the bank. Go in and use door to immediate left. Expect the same here as any other location. Food is... consistent. Bathrooms are clean. Location is a bit weird to get to. Need to drive through Cub parking lot or use 96 which isinconvenient. Parking is limited but I?ve never had an issue. Recently paved parking. Read more
