It was my first visit to the Huddle House in a while. Was there with a friend of mine on a Wednesday afternoon, arriving around... 4:15. I ordered a Western Omelet with sausage gravy over it. Also had hashbrown potatoes, toast, and coffee. Service was quickand attentive. Food was as ordered, and very good. The place was not crowded. Read more
Where do I start?.whew. Customers had their baby on a table in diapers and not one staff member said a word. The waitress... walked off after we told her we were ready to order. Our hash browns were under cooked. There was no silverware provided withour food. Once we finally got some silverware, there was hair in it. When they returned with what was suppose to be properlycooked hash browns they were still not cooked correctly. They just put the plate in the microwave and sent it back out. One ofthe ladies in the kitchen had an attitude when another member of the staff asked for help. After all this we decided to leave and not eat the food, we only had the drinks and they still tried to charge us for food.Horrific service and we will NOT becoming back again. Read more
There was only one customer when i arrived and no one present to take my order. The cook was sitting at the counter texting on... his phone. Finally someone came from the back to take my order. The food was very lacking in appearance and flavor. The onlyitem that I ate was the 2 strips of bacon. The hashbrowns were undercooked except for the char that tasted like it was burnt.The "scrambled eggs" were far from scrambled. They were more fried and flipped. Did not even want to attempt the biscuit. Itdefinitely was not fresh. I was on my way to work so I got this order to-go. Was given no plastic ware and no salt/pepper. Alsocharged a fee to take it to-go. They do not know how to apply to the rewards program nor can they redeem a reward. Will not goback to this location. Read more
Normally, go here for breakfast with family on weekends the services is normally awesome. Went there on today! The manger or... whatever she was is rude, she talk to her employees like their nothing. Then had the nerve to try me. I keep it nice nasty andlet her know she was talking to the wrong one cause I wasn?t the one. She got orders wrong and mixed up because she decided tojump on the grill. The poor waitress was acting confused and nervous but now I see why because of management. This place hasgone down hill. Read more

If I could give a zero stars I would. Cook/manager fighting with waitresses, people walking out. No one is cooking because they... ran out of batter? Manager is a smart mouth...do not eat here.
