I went through drive thru and although it was busy my order was taken as soon as they hood and the greeter said there name my... order was correct and at the end lady told me to have a great day the food was correct and was hot and delicious. Greatrestaurant and will definitely be back. Read more
This is the absolute worst Popeyes in the USA! There's always a 20 minute wait on chicken. No matter how many you order. They... are so slow with everything! This will be our last time order and eating from this location. If you take a chance here, you willbe waiting at least 20 min to 1 hour for food. White House, TN location~ We had a deal through our app for 10 pieces of chicken, 5 biscuits and 2 large sides. I tried to do... the online order but it would not let me. It would Andy allow for ?Pick up?. I got to the window and told her that I had a codeto use??what is it??? Gave her the code, told her my two large sides and drinks. Their was a pause? she then asked what my sideswere, so I repeated them to her and said.. I thought I told you my sides? her reply, ?I didn?t hear you?. Rather than telling methat while ordering, I had to repeat half my order. She then told me there would be a 25 minute wait on the chicken. I told herthat was fine. Got to the window to pay, no politeness at all!!! My coke cup was covered with overflow, so I ask if she couldwipe it down for me? attitude from her immediately. She wiped one side and handed me my two drinks. She then said, ?pullstraight ahead?. As time passed, many cars came through the drive thru. I looked at my receipt and noted the time was 1:54 whenshe gave me the receipt. It was now 2:25pm. I gave it a couple minutes, then called them to see what was up. I mentioned I wasstill waiting on my order and mentioned I was told it would be 15 minutes and it was already 25. She then said I?m a very ríetone, ?I told you there would be a wait and they were pulling the chicken out now!!? I mentioned again I was told it would onlybe 15 minutes and she hung up on me!! ???????????? It was another 8 minutes until my order came out to me. 33 total minutes forme to get my order!! 33!!!!! This location is TERRIBLE with how they treat their patrons!! I spent almost $35 for all ofthat. This location is horrible with their service and attitudes!!! After repeating our order 3 times we finally got to the window to pay. We were welcomed with an arm out the window holding 1... drink that says "here". The next drink the same "here". Next came our food with same "here" and then as the window is closingshe says "have a good night". Customer service has gotten so lax with kind "hello, how is your day" or "Have a great day" bothwith a smile. I would prefer to ask the employee if they really hate their job this much that customers deserve disrespect. Read more

Im not one to typcially post a review but i felt like this is needed. This Popeyes needs to close its doors. I would rate this 0... stars is possible. Haven't been here in a few months because it's always a terrible experience. Went today and nothing haschanged. 2 people infront of me in drive thru. I order a Spicy chicken sandwich meal. I'm told that will be a 6 minute wait. Iagree. Proceed to pay. Told to pull into a parking spot and someone will bring it out. I patiently wait from 12:37pm - 12:51pm.Went inside because I thought maybe they forgot about me. Finally get someone's attention to let them know what's going on. 3people ask me what i had multiple times. I tell them all, a spicy chicken sandwich meal and I've waited significantly longerthan I was told and im trying to be patient. Finally handed my food. Drive home to find its a regular, plain chicken sandwich,mainly all breading that is just flaking off the chicken, chicken taste like rubber. Just disgusting. Will no longer bereturning to this Popeyes and I encourage others to do the same. Read more
