Amazing coffee, awful service from the MAN WITH THE TATTOOS. I showed up at 4:15pm on Sunday to order a coffee, but was told by... him that they have to shut down the espresso machine 40 minutes before closing. I told him I thought that was odd, since onlineit says they close at 6pm. His ensuing words were extremely rude, disrespectful, and embarrassing. It seemed like he wanted tofist fight me. I rarely write negative reviews, and I hate to do it to Bluestone Lane because most of their employees there havebeen as exceptional as their coffee. I have read many reviews that reflect the same about this one man, so I have to wonder whyhe is viewed as fit to work in the service industry. As a former customer service representative myself, I can attest that thisman is in no way an asset to the company and is in fact, a huge liability and a probable lawsuit waiting to happen. Terrible customer service. Mediocre food. The coffee was good, but I ordered mine with vanilla and there was no sweetener at... all, so I?m pretty sure they didn?t add the vanilla syrup. I also ordered the egg and greens croissant with no mayo. They putthe chipotle mayo on it anyway. I had to walk all the way back from my hotel to get them to fix it because there?s no phonenumber that connects you with the location. They made me another one and comped avocado spread, appreciated that, but it wasn?tworth the overall experience. It?s very greasy. I only ate some of it. My boyfriend got the loaded avocado toast and wasn?timpressed. The blueberry muffin had a great flavor but was somewhat dry? enjoyable, but make sure you have something to wash itdown with. Overall not great customer service experience if you expect to be greeted and treated with a smile, and be able toconnect directly with staff. And the food isn?t worth the price to me.
