Was here on Saturday 11/26. Sign on the for says closed at 9pm. Google also says 9pm. Outside at 8:02. Doors locked customers... inside still, I just wanted a coffee and she wouldn't open the door even though it was 2 minutes after the hour the place stillhad several customers inside. Also technically still open for 58 more minutes according to posted hours... That's some qualitycustomer service.. Read more
Disgusting, filthy and all the dirty things you can imagine. Since the minute I attempted to sit down to wait for our food every... single table was dirty, not one clean table! I had to clean the table my self. While waiting for the food to come out it wasmore then evident the workers were miserable and didn?t feel like cleaning anything. One girl was ?trying? to sweep with noenergy at all just rolling her eyes about having to clean. The food finally came out and my soup was cold. The sandwich Iordered was also cold with black avocado. To top things off the pizza my son got came with the pepperoni inside vs on top of thecheese. Since when is a topping inside the pizza? This has to be the worst Panera I?ve ever been to. Why should I spend my moneyat a dirty place that puts not effort in keeping clean or making the food desirable to eat. I went to panera yesterday after 10 years and loved the food and servie. Today was the opposite. I ordered a sandwich and... wanted the multigrain bread. The cashier didn't know I guess that they were currently out of that bread. So the workers who weremaking the sandwich told me I have to choose another bread. All of the choices would be white bread which I cannot eat. So shesaid I can asked for a refund if I like by the cashier. I went to the front, there was a line of people waiting to order and nocashier was there. I came back to the back and told the worker to make the sandwich with any bread. So she proceed to do so. Myproblem is with the cashier, she came to back and said to me "you wanted a refund" I said yes but not anymore. She was like ifyou wanted a refund you cannot get it here, you need to come to the front in an annoyed tone and body language. I said Iunderstand that. I came to the front no one was there and there was a long line. So I just decided to take the sandwich withwhatever bread is available. I just give my husband the sandwich. This location is awesome. Brightly lit. Very Clean. Staff super friendly. They were out of hot water. I advised one of the staff... of it. He immediately set out to refill it. He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful andsweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn?t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name.
