Super friendly staff at both windows but the whole experience is a bust when I'm headed down the highway and I see my sandwich... looks like it was bounced around the bag before i got it (tried to add the picture). What can i say... ? Good Ole fashioned McDicks... the place is clean and fast... the staff are a little too serious tho.
I just got done working and arrived there at 11:45 p.m. I usually arrive around this time. I go there 5-6 times a week after... work. Tonight 9/22/22, I was greeted with "we don't have much food left and we are closing in 10 minutes." According to my clockit was 11:46 p.m. and I was so shocked by this lack of professionalism that I didn't say anything and I just drove off. I willabsolutely never stop there again. I really hope corporate sees this great customer service that is being provided by it'sfranchisee.
