It was nice to visit Wooden Spoon today. They have great menu and staffs were very kind. French press coffee was amazing. My daughter took some great pictures so I wanted to share with you guys. I am more than willing to revisit Wooden Spoon later.

Came for brunch for the first time here. Didn't have reservation so I had to wait a while (~40min), but they called me as soon as a table became available. It has a great atmosphere & decent service. The food was not very memorable. Had the Farmhouse Breakfast and it was okay, not impressive for the price. Maybe I have to try sth different if I come again.

First time eating here and I ordered the Country Breakfast brunch. The potatos especially the skin tasted really good and savory. They were extra crispy and seasoned well. The bacon and sausage were also good and had a maple flavor. Upgraded my meal to have french toast which was also well worth it. Place was very busy and had long wait times on Sunday up to an hour so I'd definitely look out for that.

Neighbourhood breakfast joint, open from 9 am to 3 pm only! Must reserve a table, as this place gets busy easily. We ordered vegetarian Hash, the spoon huevos and the sweet and salty. Food was good, however coffee was only good for first cup, by the time you finish your first cup the remaining coffee in the press machine is cold? Pleasant servers, good food and feel local ambiance!

Yummy brunch, quality food. Had the sweet and salty which had plenty of crisp bacon on top of French toast with sweet maple syrup. Really was perfectly sweet and salty. Poached eggs were made perfectly. They also have a pineapple mimosa which was yummy but the presentation of the food could have been nicer like a garnish for the mimosa or cleaner cups, those little things.

Set in uptown White Rock across from the Whaling wall this small bistro serves up good food with friendly staff. The food is good but served on a wooden platter( board). This can lead to a messy containment problem which detracts from the overall meal experience. Overall a fun place to go for a casual meal.

Wooden spoon is located in downtown, White Rock. Its around 45 minutes far from Vancouver and one of the best options for breakfast and brunch. ? Waiting time on weekends is around 45 minutes. I suggest you to book even on weekdays. ???? The staff is friendly and try to provide optimum level of service. ??Your order is prepared rather fast which is a good feature specially when you?re hungry? Food recommendations: * Definitely order one of the items from ?Cast Iron Crushables?. (Served in skillet) ** Order one from the Brunch menu. If you like sausage, go for farmhouse breakfast. ?? The Press Coffee is mild and tasty and its worth trying. Enjoy!?
