One of the nicest restaurants in the area. The quality of food, and the service is tops. There are several spins on the norm,... like a oyster based escargot. Brilliant. The snapper was a hit as well this night. The only minus, a personal preference, wasthat the soft shell crab was tempura - airy, sweeter, than a normal SSC. Delicious with a menu that is updated weekly to offer new dishes. I had the Thai mussels , the coconut curry they are in was... amazing! Bf had the angry crowded. He liked it. I have included pics of our entrees and menu with descriptions. The onlyrestaurant in a wide radius with an actual chef. The wine selection is nice and staff very informative and helpful. Read more
Love... love... love... this place! Everything was delicious. Had two bottles of delicious wine and a 6 course dinner and just... could not stop eating. ???? Drove all the way from Richmond to try this place. Well worth it! Read more
So I'm not even sure where to start with how amazing this place is. The small details of this place show how much passion and... care the owners have about their place. The ambiance was great, and the food even better. Make sure you check out the small shopthey have as well. Best part, it's barely an hour away from Richmond. I can't wait for my next visit.
