We have loved Ed McGrews bbq and decided to have him cater ribs for my sons grad party. We ordered 13 racks and they were ready... to go when we needed them. Every single one of our 30 guests raved about these ribs! They were tender and juicy and the flavorwas spot on! They came with a side of bbq sauce that perfectly compliments the ribs.
