I eat here weekly it?s usually great. This last time not so much my whole order was wrong didn?t realize it until I got home of... course I called. They wanted me to bring it all back for a refund! I was too far and explained that. Guy I spoke with didn?treally care. Read more
I online ordered to be picked up at 11:15. I got there and they were out of biscuits which is what I ordered. The manager... explained that they were short staffed and had gotten really busy with online orders. She was professional and actually caredabout my order. I give her a 5 star but as for the store I?ll give four even though I had to wait. They did the best theycould and the manager was great. Read more
Just picked up sausage gravy and biscuit. They are watering down the sausage gravy, not recommended. Jo flavor
Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience. Despite there only being one other set of guests ahead of us, we waited a... while for seating, quite a long time for service, a very long time for food, and no refills or drinks until our meal wasfinished. The location was out of fruit and several sauces, therefore unable to serve several menu items. I understand there isa labor shortage and issues with supply chain. Our service issues did not seem to be related to either as others around us, whoarrived after us, were served quickly and received refills, etc. Supply chain might explain the lack of some products.
