There was only 1 person serving patrons inside, the remainder of the staff were working the drive through. We waiting in line... for 20+ minutes to order our food. The staff member (late teen to early 20's) who served us was kind and courteous and dealtwell with another disgruntled customer. This location could use better management! Read more
The food was excellent. However, the service was so slow and rude there is really no reason to go back. I checked the time when... I got in the drive thru. I'm not even joking when I say the whole experience took 21 minutes. When we finally got to place theorder the server was incredibly rude and snapped at us when we asked if the vanilla frosty was still available. When we finallygot to the window there were so many people standing around talking instead of working which was frustrating because the waitwas so long. 1 employee said sorry about the wait while looking at a coworker smiling like it was a joke. Don?t bother making an online order. They don?t care or even know how to see it. I was there at 4pm and I waited 1/2 hour for my... food when I got to the restaurant. The poor girl they had working at cashier spoke no English. I even said please just give me arefund because I was fed up but she did not understand me. To be totally honest this Wendy's is HORRIBLE..I literally sat in the drive thru for 30min and thats not the first time ..its... all the time ..If your craving Wendy's and you have to go to this one for a quick bite. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it .Food comes outcold and wrong majority of the time. I think real training will help out too.. Read more

Slower than sloths!!! If you want fast food, don't expect it here! Ivy will take over your car while you are waiting! I had... ordered through the mobile app to make things a little easier for me. That was probably the best part of this whole experience! When it was FINALLY our turn to let them know our order, we received what sounded like a very annoyed employee as if she did notwant to be there. Her responses were as short as you can get! Then after another eternity, we finally got to the window and thewoman very bluntly said they did not have chocolate chip cookies and turned away to take another order. She eventually returnedto tell me again that they did not have the cookies. I asked if she could adjust the order and credit me back, but thatapparently was impossible! I HAD to choose between sugar or oatmeal cookies!! Then it took another couple of minutes to get thedrinks together (a whole 2 of them!). We thought we finally got everything and could not get out of there fast enough...we openthe bags of food and just about everything was room temperature or looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for thelongest time. Missing were the sauces for the nuggets, straws and napkins!! NEVER shall I go there again and hopefully neitherwill you! There is a Chick-fil-A not even a quarter mile up the road.
