Server was excellent - she had very good vibe. The burrata salad was good, the mushroom pasta decent. The mussels were a miss -... I wouldn't recommend them. They came out dried up and tiny. Unclear whether they were freezer burned or left under the heat lampor cooked without enough moisture. They did take them back. Sauce for the mussels seemed ok. Belly of the Bison, went above and beyond to help me plan my wedding rehearsal dinner. When my families flight was canceled ... they accommodated our smaller group as well. I arrived at Belly of the Bison after spending the day touring Whitehorse with Minister Bill Blair. Upon arriving, I knew it... might be difficult to find a vegan option. Not wanting to make a scene at my table, I stepped away to speak to the server inprivate. I had informed her that I was vegan, and asked if the chef could whip something up for me. I was delighted by herresponse and further delighted when my meal arrived. The dish was divine. The vegetables cooked, and prepared to perfection.
