Manager of the name of Sebastien needs customer service training. I offered an opinion on how two boxes might become one to a... fellow patron when I was told, verbatim, ?I don?t care how you do it, it?s not how we do it.? Thousand different ways to correctmy suggestion without being arrogant and dismissive. Interpersonal skills are not in his wheelhouse. Rude, condescendingindividual with callous tone and nature. A worker I might expect this from, not someone with manager on their chest. Use adifferent hub, UPS is normally pretty good. Read more

I have never come across a more arrogant manager in my life then Sabastian. He was negative right off the bat when I brought in... my item to ship and then to quote me 185 for ground ship to Iowa and that doesn't include insurance! I told him other UPS storescan work with me on price giving me different options but he was absolutely stuck with his number and that was that. No roomand no other options. So I walked out. Store was empty the whole time I was there. I wonder why? UPS makes it impossible to runa business with their extreme pricing. And this manager needs training on how to have better people skills!
