Really disappointed this was the only gas station I would go to until I paid 45.01at the pump before they were open and didn't... get any gas from it I had to go somewhere else . I will not go here ever again. They didn't even try to make it right when Icalled it also took days to get the final answer that they would not fix this issue! My gas tank is a 22.5 gallon tank addingin the 45.01 I tried to put in that day and had quarter of a tank of gas before fueling and I ended up getting 32 more dollarslater that day after driving less than a mile which would be over 31 gallons pumped .my needle didn't move after fueling thefirst time at caseys and i know it didn't pump my gas. 32 dollars would not have fit if i already pumped 45 dollars but hey iguess its not worth giving gas that was paid for.. I found out a few more people had this issue here too and they will notresolve it and refund the money . This place is highly NOT recommended. Accidents happen but they should be resolving them nottelling the customer they are lying!! Update it is now been 10 days since this incident happened and I am without resolutionunfortunately my service means nothing to this company that relies on consumers to keep them in business. How many people will a business be willing to lose before taking responsibility for their machine malfunctioning. I am adding to my post because Iwas asked for my contact information, I sent it only hours after revceing their request and their was no further resolution oncaseys end to help me either refund or give me the gas that was paid for and not received 45.01! They have space to park 3-4 tractor trailers behind the store. They make fresh food and pizzas. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Filled up with gas and none of the windshield washer bays had any liquid in them...all bone dry! Went inside to ask and had to... wait for them to come out and they only filled 2. Pay at pump required but you had to go inside for a receipt! Isn't theconcept of pay at the pump so you don't have to go inside! Read more
