Wow! What a hidden gem this place is!! I always have the hardest time finding good vegan food that isn?t just an salad or veggie... burger. We came across the green plate after going for a hike in the area and we have found our new favorite spot. The food hadsuch a wonderful flavor and everything was made from scratch and I believe we were helped by an owner who you could tell put somuch care and pride into what she was doing. We loved the different options and how creative they are with vegan options. Ialso am so excited to try the frozen vegan meatloaf we got as well. 10/10. Good filling food. My mom took me here for lunch today, oh my gosh I'm bringing everyone I know here. First impressions; small little place, lovely... decor, nice ambiance. The staff were friendly, and we got our food so fast, it was incredible! My mom got the mediterraneanbowl with a boiled egg and I got the loaded stir fry bowl with a boiled egg. So delicious!! This has to be the freshestingredients I've ever tasted in any dish, you can literally taste the difference. Restroom was nice and clean, and has a littlecabinet that I noticed had some products from DoneGood.com! If you are trying to eat healthy and don't want to compromise on taste, you have to try The Green Plate. This little restaurant... is an absolute gem. They have delicious, filling meals prepared with fresh, quality ingredients and the owner and staff areamazingly friendly and helpful. Prices are very good and they have tons of options as well. My personal favorites are the LoadedStir Fry, the Taco Burrito Bowl, and a Chunky Monkey for dessert. Read more
