The food tasted like it?s been in the freezer for way too long. It was so cold in there, one of the other customers asked if... they were hanging a deer. I saw several customers leave to get coats. Normally I don't have an issue over there, Called in for a chicken basket today, was told ten min, go to pick up and the server... on duty today (same that told me ten min) tells me the frier is out. I asked her y she didn't just call me back and she told meshe has no idea how to operate the caller id.
