So let me start out by saying how great the ladies (day shift) are at this establishment. My husband and I remodel houses... together and we eat at the whitney subway everyday for lunch. The ladies here are absolutely amazing. They bring personality,professionalism and charm to this town. I look forward to seeing them everyday. I should also note that I am very pregnant andwhile building a relationship with every single one of these women, they shocked me even further by surprising me with a babygift. I never expected such a gift. They truly warmed my heart and I am happy so happy to call them family. Thank you so verymuch ladies of subway. ???? I am a little embarrassed that we never formally introduced ourselves; I suppose names dont matterwhen it comes to the heart. Thank yall. They don't change their gloves when they go to the window to open and shut it. They touch everything with their gloves and then... prepare your food right before your very eyes. You know they do that so much they forget they've got gloves on! Who knows,they probably go to the restroom with gloves on! Read more
The service is speedy and friendly. I enjoy using the app to pre-order during lunch rush and there's no long waits.
It's an all right subway, my coming is they have no consistency when making any standard subs. When I asked if they had... completed the subway sandwich courses, no one knew what that was. Hence why they don't even know how make the same sandwichtwice. It's a shame that the quality of the owners/management don't utilize the tools provided by corporate to ensure the samequality of the sandwiches throughout the day. On a lighter note however I loved getting double meat on the six subs I got andnot being charged for it. Bet management wished they trained better! Read more
